PHILODENDRON NANGARITENSE (FUZZY PETIOLES)

It is a very rare neotropical perennial species that is native to a valley near the Rio Nangaritza in southern Ecuador.  has green round heart-shaped leaves, the surface is glossy and the underside is matte. The petioles are a deep red and are covered with small tubercles that make them look fuzzy, its one of the most remarkable plants with the extraordinary petiole.
