Shipping policy

We post plants, crystals and homewares across Australia, and offer local delivery and in-store collection around Mortdale. Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Processing times

Most orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days. Live plants are only despatched Monday to Wednesday so they are not left sitting in a depot over the weekend.

You will get an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Local delivery

Free local delivery on orders over $80 within the St George and Sutherland Shire areas. Orders under $80 are a flat $10.

We deliver Tuesday to Saturday and will text a rough delivery window on the morning of your delivery.

Australia-wide shipping

Standard parcels are sent with Australia Post or a comparable courier, with the cost calculated at checkout by weight, size and destination.

As a guide, metro deliveries usually arrive within 2 to 6 business days and regional or remote areas can take longer. These times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Live plants and perishable items

We take great care packing live plants, but they can be sensitive to heat, cold and transit delays. To help them arrive well we may hold despatch during extreme weather or over long weekends.

Please unpack and check live plants as soon as they arrive. If a plant is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will sort out a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how this works.

Click & collect

Choose collection at checkout and pick up from 25 Pitt St, Mortdale during opening hours. We will email when your order is ready, usually the same day. Please bring your order confirmation.

Risk and delivery issues

Please make sure your delivery address is correct, as we cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

International orders

We currently ship within Australia only. If you are overseas and would like to order, get in touch and we will see what is possible.
