Mangave
A striking cross between Manfreda and Agave, the Mangave brings the best of both parents into one bold, architectural rosette. Its fleshy, arching leaves are often splashed and speckled with dusky maroon freckles that deepen in bright light, giving each plant a look that is entirely its own. Faster growing and softer in form than a true agave, it makes a sculptural feature in a sunny courtyard, on a hot balcony, or lined up along a bright windowsill where its patterning can really shine.
Mangave loves as much light as you can give it, thriving in full sun where the foliage colours up beautifully. Water only when the soil has dried right out, letting the fleshy leaves store their own reserves, and ease right back over the cooler months. Grown and potted on-site, each plant is hand-picked and ready to settle into its new home.
