Calathea Illustris

The Calathea Illustris is a beautiful prayer plant with soft, oval leaves marked in feathered light-green brushstrokes down the centre, deep green edges, and rich purple undersides. Its painterly foliage and gentle daily leaf movements make it a lovely, living feature for a bright, humid spot.

Like other calatheas it rewards attentive care with gorgeous foliage. It loves bright, indirect light, consistent moisture and higher humidity, and gently raises and lowers its leaves through the day. Give it warm, humid, evenly moist conditions and it'll stay lush. Please note: this plant is available for in-store pick up only.
