Callisia Repens

Callisia Repens, often loved as the Turtle Vine, is a fast-growing trailing groundcover with masses of tiny rounded leaves that spill and creep in every direction. The dainty foliage forms a dense, lush mat flushed with green and hints of pink, giving it a soft, tumbling look that suits hanging baskets, tabletop pots and the edges of a mixed planter. It is a cheerful, forgiving little plant that quickly fills out and softens any spot it settles into.

Give it a bright position with plenty of indirect light or a little gentle morning sun to keep the foliage compact and colourful, and water once the top of the soil feels dry, easing back through the cooler months. A quick trim now and then keeps it full and tidy, and the trimmings root readily if you would like more. Grown and potted on-site, each plant is hand-picked and ready to settle into its new home.
