Cyclamen
Cyclamen brings a burst of cool-season colour with its upswept, butterfly-like blooms in shades of white, pink, red and magenta held high above a neat mound of heart-shaped leaves. The foliage is beautifully marbled in silver and deep green, giving the plant year-round interest even between flushes of flower. Compact and tidy in habit, it is perfect for brightening a shaded verandah, a cool windowsill, a garden border or a decorative pot by the front door through the cooler months.
Cyclamen loves bright, indirect light and cool conditions, so keep it out of harsh afternoon sun and away from heaters. Water when the top of the mix feels dry, applying it to the soil around the edge rather than over the crown to avoid rot, and always let excess drain away. Grown and potted on-site, each plant is hand-picked and ready to settle into its new home.
