The Azerbaijani Pomegranate is a handsome deciduous fruiting shrub prized for its glossy green foliage, coppery new growth and vivid orange-red flowers that give way to plump, ruby-skinned fruit. With an upright, bushy habit that responds beautifully to pruning, it can be grown as a feature shrub, a productive hedge or trained as a small ornamental tree.
