Anthurium Hanging

The Anthurium is an aroid treasure, prized for its glossy, heart-shaped leaves and its knack for throwing out those signature waxy, painted-looking blooms in rich reds and pinks. In this hanging form it spills and trails beautifully, softening the edge of a shelf, mantel or hanging basket with lush, tropical foliage. It brings a warm, jungle-inspired feel indoors and is right at home in a bright bathroom, a cosy living room corner or anywhere it can show off its cascading habit.

Give your Anthurium bright, indirect light to keep the foliage vibrant and encourage flowering, and steer it clear of harsh midday sun that can scorch the leaves. Water when the top few centimetres of mix feel dry, keeping it lightly moist but never soggy, and it will appreciate a little extra humidity. Grown and potted on-site, each plant is hand-picked and ready to settle into its new home.
