Philodendron Melinonii

Philodendron Melinonii is a striking upright aroid with broad, glossy paddle-shaped leaves held on sturdy reddish stems that flush with colour as they emerge. As it matures it develops a bold, architectural presence, unfurling large emerald blades that catch the light beautifully. It brings a lush, tropical feel to a bright living room corner, a hallway console or a plant-filled study, and pairs wonderfully with other foliage plants for a jungle-inspired look.

Give it warm, bright indirect light and let the top few centimetres of the mix dry out before watering thoroughly, easing off through the cooler months. It enjoys a free-draining aroid mix and appreciates a little extra humidity to keep its foliage looking its best. Grown and potted on-site, each plant is hand-picked and ready to settle into its new home.
