Premium Small Sugar Heirloom Pumpkin Seeds for Home Gardening

How to grow: Pumpkins love warmth, sun and space. Sow seeds about 2 to 3 cm deep directly where they are to grow, in spring and early summer once the soil is warm and all frost has passed. Choose a sunny spot with rich, well-drained soil, ideally improved with plenty of compost, as pumpkins are hungry feeders. Keep the soil moist while the seeds germinate, which takes one to two weeks. Space plants around 1m apart, as the vines spread widely, though this compact variety is tidier than most. Water deeply and regularly, aiming at the base rather than the leaves, and feed through the season. Let the fruit ripen fully on the vine until the skin hardens, then cure in the sun before storing. Good companions include beans and calendula.
